Which category do I choose on cybercrime.gov.in for a loan app threatening my contacts?

The money part is small. The problem is the calls and messages going to my family and office. I cannot tell whether this is a financial fraud complaint or something else.

File it under 'Report Other Cyber Crime' and choose the online harassment category, since the offence is the harassment and misuse of your data. Attach screenshots of the messages sent to your contacts, the app name and package ID, and the loan disbursal record. Also report the app on the RBI Sachet portal separately.

Uninstalling the app does not stop the calls, they already have the contact list. Report it, then keep a record of every number that calls.
