Reena is a fraud person who wants to pretend herself  Paytm Customer Care Executive and give a number to the people and make 5000 shopping at that number, instead of giving a gift. Pytm never say to people do this.     

Paytm never calls you to do a SIM Swap by sending an SMS ‘SIM <20 digit number> to 121’. Beware of any fraudulent calls as it may lead to financial fraud or misuse of your contact number.
